Yut Kee is one of the few places left that brings warm memories to those who lived through the birth of the country. It is more than 70 yaers old and still going strong. The Kedai Makanan Yut Kee Restaurant, Kuala Lumpur is a Hainanese restaurant, which serves good Chinese and quite spacious. The huge windows allow a lot of natural light and air into the restaurant premises. The décor is simple and casual. The tables have marble tops an adds to the beauty of the restaurant.
This restaurant is the perfect place to relax and enjoy your food in a comfortable manner. Their service is also very fast. You do not have to wait long for your foods and also very fast in clearing up your table for the waiting customers.
Yut Kee has been featured in many newspapers, magazines and reviewed by many foodsites and bloggers. All frames up and dis[lay around the walls confirmed this place as good food haven. It is rare for customers to find an empty table at the Yut Kee restaurant located on the corner of Jalan Kamunting and Jalan Dang Wangi. What is more common is a queue, with about 10 customers, outside the 79-year-old shop.

This morning on the way to MITM Travel Fair at PWTC, I took my family (their 1st time there) to this restaurant. We left our home early at 9.15am and reached there around 9.35am. Luckily, the place is still not so crowded, we managed to get a table without having to queue.

What are the customer at the next table looking at?????????
The Long Listing of Menu on the Board
The menu is vast, listing everything from noodles and fried rice to curries, Chicken chop, lamb chop, beef chop, pork chop, fish chop - this plate of pan-fried protein doused with a thick gravy and served with potatoes, peas, and carrots, is one of Yut Kee's most popular items. Roti Babi (Pork Bread), French Toast, Mee Hailam, Salted Fish & Belacan Fried Rice and many others are also very popular

For our break fast , we ordered Chicken Chop, Pork Chop, Toast Bread, Fish Porridge, Milo-O and Barley(2). With so much foods, we have problem finishing them but finally manged to stuff all them into our stomach. End result = Overeat.!

The chicken chop is my favourite and I also have this when I am there.

This is their pork chop . I took this picture after the pork has been cut into pieces. It actually serve with two pieces of pork chops. I dont quite like this because the pork is a bit hard. This fish porridge taste good too.And the bread toast with butter and kaya.It is a great place to have satisfying breakfast or lunch.
