During my trip to Dongguan recently, my Singaporean friends took us to a local food chain specialised in Tube Pig Bones soup. The bone and soup are really tasty and I ate quite a number of the bones and insert a straw as advised to suck the bone marrow. You have to wear plastic gloves to grap the huge bones to enjoy it. Some of my friends dare not try it, worried that they may not be pork bones. Well, we dont visit this place often, we should not miss the opportunity to try it once in a lifetime. Dont miss it if you are in Dongguan or Shenzhen.Through network operators, they expand to the surrounding townships, as well as Guangzhou, Dongguan, Zhuhai, Shenzhen, Huizhou, Foshan, MLS more than 60 branches of the Pearl River Delta and Zhanjiang. They even have shop in Hong Kong. | |||
