I have posted about this Pan Mee(Flat Flour Noodle Soup) before many months ago and I am posting it again as I have taken some better pictures to share while having breakfast this am.

I went there after 9am and it is not so crowded at this hours. I went to place my orders and take my queue number which was No. 21.

What is Pan Mee ?

Pan mee is a type of noodle that is handmade from kneaded flour. You can have the pan mee in dry or wet versions as well. The dry version is my favorite and is mixed with dark soy sauce, fried anchovies, vegetables, shredded meat, and Chinese mushroom. There are two ways of 'processing' this type of noodle. Firstly, the chef can break the knead dough into bite size by pulling at it and dropping it into hot boiling water. Alternatively, he can also use a noodle processor to slice the noodles into thin strips.

While waiting for the foods, we ordered our drinks and read The Star for the latest news.

Service was quick as most of the customers already been served. It came within 5 mins as compared to peak hours minimun 20 mins waiting time.

The Pan Mee is smooth and yummy. It was served with deep fried anchovies, fresh porks, shreaded meat and vegetables. Eating it with the bright green sour-hot dipping sauce is just excellent for morning breakfast.

After trying out the Sri Sentosa Pan Mee, it is hard to tell which one is better one. But many give their votes to the Sri Sentosa one

Below is the soup version @ RM4.30 per bowl.
