After try out PPLive which mainly contains Chinese Movies, Channels. I am checking out another P2P - PPMate.

PPMate includes many channels, including POP Television, Movies, but it has a lot of SPORTS channels too These include:

PPMate GUIDE
Step 1: Download PPMate using one of the download links given above (we suggest using the second link)
Step 2: Complete the installation of PPMate in the same way you normally do with P2P programs
Step 3: Open up PPMate (it may open automatically) and you should have something like this appear -

*Read the large Pop-up, it is very useful, in English of course, it explains basic functions, including, RECORDING THE STREAMS YOU WATCH (at the bottom )*

Step 4: exit the Pop-Up, and scroll down the channel list until you get to a bold title, "Sports"
like this -

Step 5: click the small arrow beside "Sports"
, and a list of sports channels will appear double click on the channel you wish to watch, and it will buffer VERY quickly


Step 6: FINISHED!! Just relax and watch some Sports!!

p.s. if you watch a lot of sports channels with PPMate, you can select the "Favourites bar above the Channel list, and it will have all of the channels you watch most often
