Saturday, January 06, 2007At one time, I used to frequent this restaurant which is located behind a row of shops along Jalan Raja Laut.
This place is famous for their Steam Wan Yu Fish Head, Hokkien Mee (They have a white version other than the normal black type), Mee Sua, Fish Head Mee Hoon, Fried Pei Kueh Hokkien Style ( laso know as Shanghai Nien Gao, Pak Koe Meen).
Since this place serves many good dishes, I would suggest you go in a group so that you can tried all of them. Otherwise it is too much for 1-2 persons.
Ong Lai is open everyday except Monday from around 6pm till late.
