We stopped by at Spiddal for lunch while we did self drive tour of the Cinnemara Region. We had lunch at the local fat food chain, Supermac's which currently operates over 100 restaurants in most major cities and towns throughout the Republic and Northern Ireland. The foods are not bad and not too expensive compared to eating in a restaurant.
Spiddal is a Gaeltacht village on the shore of Galway Bay in County Galway, Ireland. It is 19 km west of Galwaycity, on the R336 road. Spiddal is on the eastern side of the county's Gaeltacht and of the Connemara region
