New Shopping Mall Opens in PJ - Tropicana City Mall
Friday, December 26, 2008Tropicana City Mall had its soft opening on December 18, 2009 just in time for Christmas and New Year. I went there on Christmas Day to check what are the happenings at this rhythmic shopping haven.
Below is a picture of how the fully completed mall would look like.
There was a big Xmas tree at the centre court. Not all the shops are opened and only a handful are opened for business. Carrefour, the anchor tenant will only opened on Dec 27, 2009.
While we were there, not many people there. Parking is is free.
It is a mid size shopping and will not able rival those big five megamalls like KLCC, Pavillion, One Utama, Mid-Valley and Sunway Pyramid.
There are quite numbers of restaurants there. This one below is a Vietnamese Restaurant which is very nicely decorated.
And this one Igentis also a new food outlet.
