Thursday, February 05, 2009In between 2 tight schedules at Singapore and Indonesia, our Guru Lama Zopa Rinponche make time to visit LDC and grant a Jenang (blessing initiation) of the 16 Arhats on 02 February, 2009.
Our guru was scheduled to arrive LDC @ 4pm but due to his tight program, he finally arrived at at LDC at around 10.45pm. Even for the long delay, our Dharma brothers & sisters waited patiently.
Upon his arrival, all of us welcome him with khatas, flowers and offerings on this auspicious and rare occasion.
Below are some pictures during the welcoming of our guru.
After some preparations, the 16 Arhats initiation started at around 12.30am and ended at 4.00am.
