PVO Vietnamese Noodle Soup @ Vientiane, Laos

During my Golf Trip to Vientiane in November 2013, our local tour guide brought us to this Vietnamese Noodle Soup. This is restaurant serves authentic and delicious Vietnamese Noodles Soup. However, it is quite expensive for a bowl of noodle soup(probably the price for tourist).

 This is the Noodle Soup that we had.  Pho is a noodle dish, and not a soup dish. So the phrase “noodle soup” is not enough and rather misleading to identify this very Vietnameses cuisine world inheritance. To try to define its culinary nature, Pho should be called “Vietnamese noodle” or “soup noodle” because it is a noodle dish.
