The main Campus which I took zooming in with my cam.
Another block of hostel.
Many more here.
And this hotel really grand, it is called the Grand Kampar Hotel.
And many shops which have been turn into hostel too.
On Sunday, Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (Utar) celebrated another milestone with the official opening of its main campus here. The ceremony also marked the Kampar campus’ first intake of nearly 500 students for its one-year Foundation in Arts or Science programmes.
MCA president Datuk Seri Ong Ka Ting said it was “an historic day” commemorating the completion of part of the first phase, which includes lecture halls, laboratories, a student centre and a conference complex.
With the shortage of university's places for many qualified students in Malaysia, this new university will definitely help in meeting the long term goal of the government to have enough places for all students. But it is going to be a tough and the local university must also improve on its standard to be at par with those overseas.

ReplyDeleteHouses at Taman Kampar Perdana could be your alternate choice besides other Taman as Tesco hyper Market will be opened around July 2008 and Some internal news that I’ve received recently was Jaya Jusco, another Giant Hyper Market will be situated at Taman Kampar Perdana as well, just beside Tesco. I’m very confident that this area will be the “Hotspot” around Kampar Town in another 6~8 months time.
Newly attached a comparison table on selected Taman for whoever who are looking for house to rent. Just click here http://richyyc.googlepages.com/comparisontable.html
