We left Subang Jaya @ 10.45am but reached Tanah Rata @ 6.45pm. Wow...it took us 8 hours to reach our destination with the many stops that we made at Behrang, Kg. Klah & Kampar. Our S-i-l's family from Penang arrived much earlier @ 12noon and checked in @ Desa Anthurium Block K3 which is owned by the 188 Nursery. This owner used to stay here but has since moved to stay within the nursery to look after place as to prevent theft. And therefore decided to let out this unit and make some extra money. We paid RM160.00/night for this 2 rooms apartment which is not very well upkept and more like a family home. The place has ASTRO and they provide plastics plates only. And the owner loan us their steamboat set and giave us plenty of vegetables.
But I think this one is really good which I will stay during my next trip to CH. It is very well furnished 3 rooms apartments. The price is:

Here are some pictures which we took when Madam Tan and a helper was cleaning up the apartment unit F4.
Yap..Sam, you are right. Nam Song is one of the biggest here.
ReplyDeleteThey bought many, many apartments and put in money to furnish the apartments. That's why they deserve to charge higher.
It's worth booking with them...;D
Vedis: Thanks for your valuable advice. I will surely book with them when I next visit CH. :)
ReplyDeleteNum song is actually valuable for the money. Even the rate quite expensive but it worth it. I already book twice for my trip to cameron highland and now i will book again with Num song because the apartment well maintain.
ReplyDeleteIt worth it if you have a big family and have a nice holiday.
Wisma: I agreed with you that Num Song is value for money and their apartments are newly refurbished.
ReplyDeleteI will definitely book with them again if I decide to go again. :)
I tries ones of the desa anthurium apartment, its very good. As i want to recomended to you guy, Follow this address http://cameronhighlandsdesaanthurium.blogspot.com
ReplyDeleteEverything inside is newly renovated, thank to my friend who reco me this place.
I brought my family of 6 adults and 1 child to stay in Nam Song Desa Anthrurium end of Nov 2009 recently. The G9 units are quite worn compared to what your picture shows. A serious concern is the extremely yellowish tap water. We bought mineral water to boil in preparing our morning coffee or Milo. Also the water heater is slightly warm (max setting) like normal temperature in Johore!
ReplyDeleteKacak5; You must have got the old units which has not been refurbished. The 1st time we also had a bad experience but when we know that they have newly refurbished, we insist on the new ones. :)

ReplyDeleteEnd Nov 2009, When I collected the G-9 apartment key at the shop, they were flipping thru' many books to search for me name. There were many other names registered on the same day as me. Finally, my name was located and I got my key, which meant even if I insist on the new ones, there are no more vacancy.
ReplyDeleteRusty tap water should be the right word. Bathing water at maximum heater setting estimated at 26~27 degree C. I need to check out early about 7:00am having another visit schedule in Ipoh, but the shop only opens at 9:00am before I could return the keys.
Next time, when you make booking that time, you informed them that you want the newly refurbished one (rate slightly more)@ Block F4 and get confirmation from them 1st. DOnt wit till you arrived Cameron. :)
