Celebrity Chef Amy Beh Cooking Demonstartion @ TGCC

Mother Day is just around the corner. Celebrity Chef Amy Beh of Malaysia shared held a FREE Mother Day cooking demonstration today from 2-6pm at Tropicana Golf & Country Club. My family went to attend the cooking demo.

In the lively cooking demonstration, Chef Amy Beh cooked up three dishes, Fragant Lentil Rice, Amy's Special Ayam Rendang and Wonderful Beancurd Soup Medley.

This is the Special Ayam Rendang cooked with Udo 3-6-9 Oil Blend.

We got the chance to sample a small portion of the Fragrant Lentil Rice and Ayam Rendang. Delicious.
