We are very lucky that the Abbot of Kopan, Kenrinpoche has been so kind to host a welcome luncheon for our group at the Kopan Canteen. The foods here are really good, we had fried rice, fried noodles, mo mo etc etc.
The canteen is quite big and there is a dining area outside if you like to enjoy the fresh air.
