During my trip, I have taken many pictures of the interesting sights of the city of Kathmandu. The city may be a bit dirty, dusty etc and many people are living in poor living conditions but the people there are contented and happy with what they have. This clearly show that happiness is with us, it is all in our mind.
Eventhough, the Nepalese are poor but the city is very safe. They will not resort to crimes. Infact there arevery friendly people who will go all out to help you to find your way if you have problem. I asked Geshela, he told me that it is very safe to walk the streets of Kathamandu.
This is how some traders conduct their business along the street in Kathmandu.
Overloaded Tuk-Tuk very common sight.
Fruits seller on Bicycle.
Tricycle are also available there.
Cow can be seen along the roads. This one just in front of the Hyatt main entrance.
Motobike are one of the main mode of transport.
This Tuk-Tuk must have been badly damaged by an accident.
Rubbish along the roads are also common. Look like their Cityhall is not doing a good job.
Oops! they have tut-tut in Nepal? I tot Hapchai only got wan.
