Anger Management

Human being get angry very easily even over the slightest little thing. Sometimes when we are angry with someone, it helps to sit down and think about the problem just like what the dog is doing.

This advice was sent to me by a friend in USA.


Anger is nothing but an attachment for an object, when expressed towards an obstacle between ourselves and the object of our attachment.

Anger is one word short of Danger.

Anger can be transformed into productive energy.

If you are patient in one moment of anger, you will escape a hundred days of sorrow.

  1. Hi Uncle Sam! I get angry very easily and to get a hold of it, I cry first and will do a lot of thinking after that. Before, I simply throw tantrum without thinking and would regret what I said later.

    Everyone of us has our anger towards something especially for youngster.. They are easy to get angry for small things..

  4. I had poor anger management when I was young. But as I grow older, I do not simply throw my temper already. It hurts ourselves & also our loved one. Agreed?

  5. I try to control my anger as time goes by. I felt terribly after throwing a big tantrum so I am controlling myself to cool down :)
