Upset Stomach or Food Poisoning

I had a bad headache on the way back from Look Out Point Restaurant and the traffic was still bad at 9pm. I got lost on the way out again and landed at Ampang Elevated highway -NPE to SJ.

I felt very lousy while driving home and immediately went to take a rest. After about an hour, I felt like vomiting and went straight to the toilet and I throw out everything that I had for dinner. I went back to sleep again after that and I woke up at 2.45am and switch on the PC and blog/blog hopping as I feel much better now. I am not sure what caused it as my family have not such problem.

I normally do not have such problem but this really spoilt my day.

    Sean; I am not sure what cause it. It could be the foods I had earlier. My family who had the same food at Look Out Point have no problem. :)
