Interesting Pantun & Back from Cameron Highlands

Oops...I am back home now after spending 3days/2nites at Cameron Highlands.Time really fly these days. No blogging, No Sponsored Posts, No surfing, just relax, eat and sleep. Feel so nice. The weather there is nice, the air is so fresh, the vegetables/fruits are so fresh, the traffic are so light..so many nice things as compare to the urban city like KL. It is so refreshing.
The only thing that I think is not comparable to KL, Penang or other towns is that there is no special nice food and restaurant over there and the restaurant that we eat seem to be overpriced. Maybe they see that we are tourists, they intentional charged as more than normal. Well, I will blog more about my trip.

Below is an Interesting Pantun that I received from my friend.

Bocor teruk kata Samy

Wiring lama kata Ramli
Bangunan tua kata Nazri
Najib said it's PWD
Semua ada alasan sendiri
But where you all spent the money?
RM90 juta untuk cantikkan lobby
So that it looks luxury
Nice décor and nice settee
But now you kena letak baldi
Bocor teruk when it rains heavily
MP yang busuk pun boleh mandi
The floor is wet and slippery
The luxury lobby now looks untidy
Inilah dia third class mentality
Luar cantik tapi dalam very shoddy
Structure work should get priority
And now whose responsibility
JKR or Parliament Committee
While you all gaduh sama sendiri
Rakyat want an answer immediately
Otherwise kita tak bagi you undi
Sebab you spent money unnecessarily
You know it is taxpayers' money
So please spend the money wisely.

  1. Hi, Sam,

I totally agree with you that there is no nice food in CH. I am living here now.

Even the locals admit that.Whenever we go down to Kampar,Gopeng or Ipoh, we will search for food...;D

  2. Vedis: Infact I wanted to ask you for recommendation for my next trip to CH.

When I was there and having a haircut at a saloon there, I ask the hairdresser who is a local, she said nothing nice in CH and she can only recommended me one steamboat restaurant at Brinchang(If I remember correctly which is not facing the main road. I forgot the name but I think I know where to find it.

    :)
