O & S Restaurant is one the more popular restaurant in PJ being in business for a longtime and many foodstall there serving nice hawker foods. During my college days, I used to stay at Paramount Garden and the restaurant is already there. This is famous for the Prawn Mee, Fish Head Noodles, Egg Tarts and many others. During the nite, the Hokkien Mee here is also one of the best.While waiting for my car to be ready at V-Kool, I dropped by here to eat the Fish Head Mee Hoon from this stall (Just next to prawn mee stall).
The milky soup is very nice and the fish are fresh. RM3.50 a bowl.
