After the implementing the requirement for Prepaid phone and Touch & Go Card a must to be registered . They are thinking of the registration for websites with .my suffice.
While I agreed that there will always be some bad apples spreading negatives and malicious. There are surely better ways to control than imposed registration. How many bloggers used .my suffix.? 50,000! We are now living in a borderless and flat world. We, bloggers are using servers that are available worldwide. How are you going to control.?
If they want to control, they should be looking at pornography which is now so easily available on the net which is having worst effect on the younger generation than blogging.
They are many better things for the ministry to concentrate than curbing the free flow of informations. The Malaysian people are mature enough to judge whether the articles are lies.
We too want to hear both side of the stories. We are against rumour mongers.
