Mukhriz Mahatir calls for PM to step down

The latest reports from Malaysiakini said that Mukhriz has called for Prime Minister Abdullah Ahmad Badawi to resign after the ruling coalition's unprecedented election setback.

The confidential letter to the PM has been leaked and appeared in Malaysiakini as well as few blogs.

Within UMNO, there are many who wanted the PM to take responsibilities and step down but dare not voice it out. Some even pledge support which may not be genuine.

It looks like UMNO and BN have lots of hot issues within their party to handle with their poor performance at the last election when they start to point finger on who should be responsible for the lost of the two-third majority in the Parliment and four states.

It will take awhile to clear the devastation caused by the political tsunami.

Sorry, didn't visit your blog for a few days. My children are sick.
