Wherever you go, you will notice some sign where the usage of English is not correct. This sign at Nepal Airport must be a direct translation from the Nepalese language.
What the sign means is No Charge for Trolley Usage. The word complain should read as complaint.
I think the Nepalese are better than the Chinese LOL
