Fried Kuay Teow @ Rest Subang Ria aka Rest FAM

When I have a sudden urge for a plate of Fried Kuay Teow (Fried Noodles), I will dropped by at one of my favourite place, Restoran FAM aka Restoran Subang Ria. This restoran has many other goods hawker foods like curry mee, fish ball noddles, many types fried rice, naan, murtabak, chicken rice, yoong tau foo. etc.

But for me, my choice is always the Fried Kuay Teow which has been operating here for more than 20years.

The Fried Kuay Teow stall is located right in the front corner. Normally, a fat lady will be frying hundreds of plates of fried kuay teow. But now, I noticed she has trained a few others to do the job as I dont see her there much anymore.

My order Fried Kuay Teow/Mee without cockles and little chillies. RM3.80.

This plate of Fried Kway Teow is not oily and looks and tastes great. Definitely one of the best around.
