If you are game for some exotic foods, you can find it at this famous Restoran Puchong Lim. This pictures are again been contributed by my friend who took his family and relative and family from Penang specially to this place to eat.
I eat less now due on diet to control my cholesterol level and therefore need to get some food stuffs from others to do some food posting.
Puchong is well known for exotic meat. At this place, you can find wild boars, turtles, snakes, squirrels, flying fox(bat), pigeons etc etc. cooked in various styles like Gung po, ginger-steam, black pepper, claypot and many more. See the below menu written in Chinese as only Chinese will only go to such places to eat. Eating such exotic can be very heaty and we better drink lots of water and herbal tea.

ReplyDeletetry boiling 6 green apples with 3 kedongdong (sa lei) in a pot. Then drink it. It helps to lower down your cholesterol level. At the beginning, consume it once a week. Try for mayb 2 months, then have your cholesterol check. If it only drops a little, you can increase it to 2 times a week. It depends on that person itself. Some people can take it everyday, some once a week. It works for me. I drank once a week for about 3 months, and my cholesterol level drops to 3.38. Doc was surprised wt the result. Before was 6. she asked me to stop consuming what i was taking because i cannot go any lower or else i'll have low cholesterol. :P
Jean: Tks for special formula to reduce cholesterol. Mine is just above border at 5.8 and need to lower that.
ReplyDeleteHow do you boil it, do I cut into pieces and add how many cup of water.? How long I need to boil it?
If I used blender to blend it into apple/sa lei juice. Is that ok? :)
