I placed an order for the VMI card on 18th, May 2007 when the PayPal Accept payment problem surfaced.
And the Mail from Millie Luong, the Virtual Money Master Agent based in California, USA recommended by HongKiat arrived on 28th May, 2007 which is about 10days by USPS Priority Mail.

Even though the Paypal problem has been resolved, I would still need this VMI Card for the withdrawal of money through ATM Machine. When I have the time, I will activate it and try it out.
wow..now u can withdraw the money liao. I still haven't order for mine because of the limited status i'm currently facing.
