P2P TV - Free Online TV

A lot of you may not known about this P2P Online TV. You can actually watch Live TV using the internet. This system is based on Peer to Peer Bittorrent IT technology and the more people viewing it, the download or buffering will be faster. Ricky has shared with me this information and recommended PPStream which I tried but the instructions are in Chinese.

But as usual, I will do research on new things, I found this PPLive which is in English and tried it, Pretty Cool IT innovation. Many Live TV Channels but mainly Chinese.

I watched a movie, The Banquet using the PPLive, the quality is pretty good. Many Jacky Chan, Stephen Chow etc movies and Chinese serials available.
So now you can save $$$$ on buying DVD even if it is RM4 for the fake.
PPLive is a free Shareware for online TV programs. The software integrated the most advanced peer-to-peer technology so it can provide the users with the smoothest TV programs with no interceptions. In P2P technology, everyone becomes a broadcaster without the cost of traditional streaming. the more users are online, the faster the programs can be loaded.

yes, by using the P2P technology, the content provider, new media compnay, or even normal people can broadcast streaming to worldwide.
pplive is a pretty good one for the people who are in china to watch the free tv or movies. However, as far as i know, pplive is a not good way for the company to offer the worldwide online video because of the too high cost. The reason i say that is because pplive need tooooo many assistant severs in order to provider the not bad steaming.
If the content provider need build the worldwide webtv, i suggest to try the TVKOO what only need one sever with 25M bandwidth to broadcast the live video to people who around the world...
by the way, the TVKOO is free as well; moreover, it's a green software, you even dont need install it...
